20 Manchester Square

The Brief:

To produce a virtual tour fly-through video of 20 Manchester Square, an extensive property on the north side of Oxford Street. The agents were marketing the building following a comprehensive external and internal refit and wanted to show what could with done with the internal space once a tenant had been found.

We visited the site a number of times and brought together the client, the owner, the developer, and our creative team to get everyone on the same page.

We had to apply for special permits to fly drones in the EG R157 restriction zone in central London.

For the 3D animation, we worked with unreal engine and render farms to provide a high resolution and photo-realistic model of the building interior.
